You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our prior written consent. Upon full payment for services, clients receive a limited license to use deliverables for their intended commercial purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shop Concepts LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
